I project manage multiple projects with multiple resources. I would like to be able to create calendars for each resource that group all their projects onto one calendar so that I can see how all of their tasks on various projects align.

On the calendar, I also need to be able to see the project name AND the task name for each task because from project to project, the tasks are always called the same thing. When I update my Gantt charts, I would like to be able to switch to calendar views that automatically incorporate the revised dates. Is there any way to do this in Microsoft Project?

I've found other software that comes close but it always requires that all resources are linked via their email and that doesn't work for my situation.
